Is it plagiarism?!?

We know that the world of music is close to plagiarism, including Kpop World. Many K-pop artists who are victims of plagiarism or accused as a plagiarist. But we can't just call this "plagiarism".
Ok, now I'll tell you who is accused of K-pop artists as a plagiarist or a victim of plagiarism. Here they are....

They are only part of K-pop artists who are bound plagirism. But there are differences of G-Dragon vs. Flo-Rida, Flo-Rida probably had sued GD whom regarded as a plagiarist of the song Right Round, but now it's been forgotten, they're have been remake the song Heartbreaker together.
